MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Nearly everything we sell is made to order. Your terrain doesn't exist until you place your order. It's printed specifically for you at our forge in British Columbia, Canada. This lets us offer a large catalog without warehouse stock, but it means shipping isn't instant.

Typical production time: 3-5 business days.
If a print fails during production, we remake it from scratch, which can occasionally extend this timeline. We'll keep you posted if your order is affected.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our forge.

CANADA
Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax).
Orders below the threshold use rates calculated at checkout.

UNITED STATES
Free shipping on orders over $200 USD (before tax).
Orders below the threshold use rates calculated at checkout.
Every US shipment includes a commercial invoice and CUSMA/USMCA certification of origin. Our products are manufactured in Canada from Canadian materials, so most US orders qualify for duty-free entry.

LARGE ORDERS
Big terrain sets and tournament bundles may ship in multiple boxes. All packages share one tracking chain and typically arrive within a day or two of each other.

OTHER COUNTRIES
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
If your country charges customs, import duties, VAT, or other fees on incoming packages, these fees are your responsibility and are not collected at checkout. Your local customs agency or carrier will contact you directly for payment.

MiniForge is not responsible for:
- Customs, duty, or import fees of any kind
- Delays caused by customs processing
- Disputes between you and your customs agency

US customers: because we include CUSMA certification with every shipment, duties should not normally apply. If you are incorrectly charged duty on a CUSMA-eligible order, contact us before paying and we'll help you dispute the charge with the carrier.
