MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Nearly everything we sell is made to order. Your terrain doesn't exist until you place your order. It's printed specifically for you at our forge in British Columbia, Canada. This lets us offer a large catalog without warehouse stock, but it means shipping isn't instant.

Typical production time: 3-5 business days.

If a print fails during production, we remake it from scratch, which can occasionally extend this timeline. We'll keep you posted if your order is affected.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our forge.

Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax).

UNITED STATES

LARGE ORDERS

Big terrain sets and tournament bundles may ship in multiple boxes. All packages share one tracking chain and typically arrive within a day or two of each other.

OTHER COUNTRIES

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

As of September 18, 2026, all import fees are covered at checkout for every country. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are calculated and included in your order total. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will not receive an import charge at delivery.

If a carrier or customs agency attempts to collect an import fee on an order placed on or after September 18, 2026, do not pay it. Contact us with your order number and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.

Orders placed before September 18, 2026: customs, import duties, VAT, and other fees charged by your country are your responsibility and were not collected at checkout. Your local customs agency or carrier will contact you directly for payment. For these orders, MiniForge is not responsible for:
- Customs, duty, or import fees of any kind
- Delays caused by customs processing
- Disputes between you and your customs agency

US customers: because we include CUSMA certification with every shipment, duties should not normally apply. If you are incorrectly charged duty on a CUSMA-eligible order, contact us before paying and we'll help you dispute the charge with the carrier.
