Free Shipping in Canada on Orders Over $150 CAD (before tax).
Free Shipping to the United States on Orders Over $250 CAD (before tax).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before production begins. If production has started, a 25% non-refundable charge applies.
Customs & Import Fees
MiniForge is a Canadian company, and international orders may be subject to customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover them at checkout.
