Wholesale FAQ

Do you sell STL files?

No. Our designer licenses cover physical prints only. We wholesale finished, printed terrain, never digital files.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we have modest first-order and reorder minimums, shared when we send wholesale pricing.

Where do you ship?

Canada and the US. US orders ship with full customs documentation under CUSMA, so duty-free for qualifying goods.

Can we choose any product from your store?

Most of our catalog is available wholesale. A small number of licensed lines are excluded, and we'll confirm availability when we quote your order.

How long do orders take?

Everything is printed to order on our in-house print farm. Most wholesale orders ship within 1 to 3 weeks.
