RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our 3D printed terrain and accessories. Because nearly every order is made to order, our return policy reflects that. Please find the section that fits your situation below.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. This applies to every item we sell, including multi-colour prints and custom orders.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund

CHANGE OF MIND OR UNWANTED ITEMS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard unpainted items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • A 20% restocking fee applies, since items are produced specifically for your order
  • Contact us before shipping anything back

Multi-colour printed items are not eligible under this section. See Final Sale Items below.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect:

  • Multi-colour printed items. These are printed in the exact colour combination you select at checkout and cannot be restocked or resold.
  • Custom orders and custom 3D prints
  • Gift cards

Damage and defect coverage still applies to these items. If a final sale item arrives broken or misprinted, we replace it or refund it in full.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel, message us as soon as possible.

  • Not yet in production: full refund, no fee
  • Already in production: a 25% cancellation fee applies, since filament and machine time have already been committed to your build

The faster you reach out, the better your chances of catching the order before it enters production.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number
  2. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps
  3. Follow the instructions we send to ship the item back or receive a replacement

Customers with an account can also request a return directly from their order page.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

PRODUCT NOTE

Standard items ship unpainted, ready for you to customize. Select products are available in multi-colour printed options, no painting required. Because colour selections are printed to order, multi-colour items are final sale.
